Policy for Original and Custom artwork
Commissions and personalized art pieces are produced at the discretion of the artist and can take as long as necessary to produce quality pieces. Production and delivery times can be discussed when contacting ariana@artxariana.com directly for special requests and commissions.
Domestic Shipping:
Original pieces and commissions are shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping:
Original pieces and commissions can be shipped worldwide via USPS Priority Mail International. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and delivery times may vary due to Covid 19 or other logistics issues outside of our control.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Art by Ariana] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Policy for all other products
All orders other than Original paintings and custom artwork are processed by our print shop typically within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all prints and Boutique item orders!

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@artxariana.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure if you are using a P.O. Box as your delivery address that you are able to receive packages to that address. Packages returned to us due to wrong address or inability of delivery to a P.O. Box will be subject to reshipment costs paid by the customer.
